20 November 2008 the President of the Board of Inżynieria Rzeszów Ltd. established the Engineering & Specialist Works Directorate. Its task is to:

• perform engineering works related to the protection of deep excavation with tight wall
• exercise drillings under gas, waterworks, sewerage, heating, cable networks and other obstacles in technology of directive, horizontal drillings or microtuneling
• preparing works to settle the piles
• drainage excavation

Directorate was set based on the premises in the building of a Transportation Department.
